I activated and participated in the customer appreciation promotion which was from roughly 4/21 to 4/30. I believe I met the criteria. When will this be processed? I have a purchase I would like to make and have been waiting for this.

We did send out a Customer Appreciation offer to select members back in April offering a $10 bonus certificate for spending $100 outside of Best Buy with their My Best Buy™ Visa card. That offer was valid from 4/21 - 4/30, and just another reason why I need to get a Visa card. The email you received with the appreciation offer should have included an expected time frame for fulfillment, which is generally 2 to 4 weeks after spending the required amount. If you received an email, clicked the "Activate" button, and spent the required $100 outside of Best Buy using your Visa, then the $10 bonus certificate should post to your rewards account within about 4 weeks.
If for some reason the $10 bonus certificate has not posted to your rewards account after a full 4 weeks, then please do not hesitate to send me a private message and I will see what I can do to further assist. A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message." I would just ask that you include your name, phone #, and email address.
