So about a year ago I purchased a laptop for myself. When the package arrived I received a completely different item. I contacted BestBuy support via chat to get the issue resolved. They told me to return the laptop I was sent using their shipping label. I sent the item back to them and I thought after that things would get resolved. After contacting support again after item was marked delivered back to them ,All of them told me that they would reship the item I was supposed to get but nothing ever happened. I called after to see what could be done then one agent told me I would be able to pickup the item instead. It popped up on my account showing being prepared for pickup but it never went through and ended up getting canceled. Then a month later I get the laptop I shipped to best-buy returned to me. They stated that they did not ship this laptop to me and that I should return the laptop I ordered back to them to receive my money back or a replacement. At this point I decided to just dispute the charge. I won of course and got my money back. But now whenever I try making a purchase on the bestbuy app or online they would just automatically cancel my orders. Even if I make a brand new account with a different name and payment method I still can’t make a purchase. It’s been almost 2 years and I can’t make purchases on bestbuy, pickup doesn’t even work. Can someone tell me why this is happening.
