Also unable to claim 10% off coupon

Hello,

 

I've also been unable to claim the cardmember mystery promo code I was sent in an email. It says it is invalid when I try to use it online.

I tried to use it on multiple items such as a game, a television, a charger and it would not apply to any of the items. It says that it doesn't recognize the code. Yes, I activated it after I received it, but it also states that it is active until 05/31. Thanks

I ran into the same issue a while ago with a Best Buy Visa Cardmember Offer.

 

Make sure you enter your Best Buy Credit Card information in the Payment Section before trying to apply the code.

 

If the code requires payment with a Best Buy Credit Card, it will say INVALID CODE or INELIGIBLE if you don't enter your credit card information first.
