I just can’t keep track of receipts to save my life! I’d love to speak with you more about this to see if I can shed some light and further assist.
Regarding not being able to access your account with Chrome, do you have add-block on that browser? Add-block can prevent customers from logging in. If you’re using a VPC, that can also cause issues when trying to access your Best Buy account. If you are using add-block or a VPC, please try accessing your account without those and let me know how it goes.
While what you describe with your purchase history sounds quite strange, I’d love to take a look to see what I can find out. Generally speaking, resetting a password shouldn’t cause any change in your purchase history. If you had created another My Best Buy account and then merged your existing account into the new one, instead of the other way around, that could have caused a change in your history, though. When merging accounts, the secondary account purchase history shouldn’t transfer to the new account. So I can review your situation, can you please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and My Best Buy ID number?
