All my order keep getting canceled

Hello as the subject suggests all my order have been getting canceled, this started happening in winter of 2021 at first I thought it was just the holiday season and too many orders but recently I've noticed it's all my orders both in store and online no matter what I get an email and text saying it can't verify my information and I do not know how to verify my information can anyone help
