Account won't let me turn rewards into certificates

When trying to turn reward points into certificates I recieve a message that says it can't create the certificates. After 5 days and 4 calls to customer support, a bump up to "escalations department" that was supposed to get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, which didn't happen. Still no resolution. All of the representatives say that my account is locked but I can log in just fine. They say thay they get an error but no information about said error. They have no power to do anything accept tell me to try logging in again in 24 hours, which for 5 days has done nothing. Beyond frustrated with this. Most recent call this evening to a rep, and told him is still haven't heard from the escalations department he transferred me to a number that of course " you have reached us between non business hours, goodbye"

This needs to get resolved!

We appreciate you reaching out and bringing this to our attention, I understand how important it is to use those hard earned reward points and save money on purchases, I would also feel the same way on wanting this fixed as soon as possible.
