My wife had a bestbuy account but she stopeed using it long ago. She decided she wanted to gift a tv to a family member, she did the password recovery process and when she logged in into her account, seems my email was a secondory email in her account. I got an email saying my account changes had been processed. When i went to look my account. My purchase history. Warranty plans. Points. Everything was/is gone. And the only purchase i can see on my account was the tv she purchased on her account. How is that possible?. I have a lot of warranty plans for all the items i have purchase at bestbuy. I am an elite plus member and that is gone as well. Is there anything that can be done?
