Account Verification Email

I need some help. I have called in, Been transferred 15 times and looped back through the same departments. 


I am trying to log into my account. The same account you guys sent this email telling me that everything is setup and working. 


I type in the email and password and it says its going to send a verification code. It never comes. I have requested the code over and over. Have tried from several different computers. I have checked all my email boxes to make sure it wasn’t getting lost in junk or spam. I have sent emails from several different accounts to the {removed per forum guidelines} to make sure it was working. All is good OTHER than I can not get this code from you guys to access my account. I have tried calling and can not get anywhere with phone support. 


Please get me in touch with someone who can help me access this account

Thank you for taking the time to register for the forum and connect with us!


While logging into an online account isn't necessary when placing an order on, you would need to login to access your My Best Buy rewards account and any points or certificates that might be available.  It's also easier to keep track of purchases when they are attached to a rewards account.  I probably login to my own rewards account every other day just out of habit to make sure nothing is missing.


If you were recently approved for a Tax-Exempt account with Best Buy, then you may have been setup with a business account, and if that is the case, then you may need to reach out to our Best Buy for Business (BBFB) team, as our access to those accounts is very limited.  Please send me a private message with the details listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I'll see what I can do to help.
