I ordered a laptop off of BestBuy about 6 months ago. I created an account at the time of checkout.
I have tried to sign back in to the account but it will not let me. I try the password reset and I get:
"We didn't find an account with that email address. Would you like to create an account?"
I click on the link it gives me to create an account and I get:
"Sorry, there was a problem creating your account. Please review your info and try again."
I need to get back into my account. I have also pre-ordered some games and would like to review the information if possible. I get emails regarding the games, so I know they are under the email I am trying to use.

Do you still have the email confirmation for the order you placed back when the accounts (BestBuy.com and rewards) were first created? If so, I'd suggest double checking the email to see what email address you used to make sure you're logging in with the correct email address. The initial message you received makes me think you used a different email address, and if you did, then your rewards account would likely already be linked to a BestBuy.com account, which would cause you to encounter an error when trying to create a new account.
