Account Not Found

I made a purchase and it was credited to my account and when I try to access my account it says there isn't an account and password recovery doesn't work either, says no account assocaited with the email. I get the email. If I try to register and enter my information it finds my Best Buy member Id as well so I can't register because it already exists.

Bumping topic as I still haven't recieved a resolution. I've tried to recreate my account but it says an account already exists to use the password recovery option. Which yeilds an "No account associated with this email"
