Me and my fiance made a purchase in January after opening a BestBuy credit card for 10% back in rewards. On the receipt we found it was entered under her rewards account incorrectly. When she tried to log in her account there is no account found. When she tries password recovery she gets the email but says it isn't associated with an account. When she tries to recreate an account and does the lookup my member id, when she entered her information it pulled up the member id that is on the receipt. We would like to either get access to the account or if can move the purchase to another account. Thank you.
