Logged into my BB account and noticed my rewards were depleted. Had over 6000 points in rewards and looked like the offender used them to buy some games with it and they were located across the country to where I am.

Logged on to my account to browse some things and noticed the rewards points that I had been banking were gone. It seems this is a fallacious thing that happens alot with the amount of threads there are about this. I had over $100 in rewards. I've gone and changed my password again. Offenders were across the country from the same state again.

Hello,
It seems my new message was merged into a previous thread I had made before. I don't know why this would be done as this has been green checked and resolved. Unless contacted it would only make sense to start up a new thread.

Hello, Young,
Welcome back, though I wish it were under better circumstances. Having My Best Buy reward certificates generated and redeemed without your authorization would definitely be a cause for concern, especially if it isn't the first experience. I'm glad you've reached out to let us know about the incident so that we can help! It sounds like you're familiar with the immediate steps to take, such as changing your password. I would be delighted to look into this with you, so please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page for my private message.
Sincerely,
