At this point, this isn't funny anymore and I'm getting extremely angry with Best Buy.
My account has been hacked and all my rewards stolen again in less than 30 days and only after having my points given back to me.
It seems to be the same person doing it as it is the same email address that was changed. My account has been updated to using 2FA and needing a special code to make changes.
Best Buy, you need to do something to fix that folks are able to call in to make change and get rewards instantly.
This seems to be looking like an inside job to know that people have points in their accounts.

For those wondering, Best Buy support has informed me they aren't able to help and informed me to reach out to local authorities to look into the fraudulent purchase.

I'll be reaching out to local authorities and filing a complaint with WA AG as this seems to be the only help I have to try to recover $1120.
I would caution any Best Buy reward member as it has shown that Best Buy lacks the security and controls to protect their customers.
