Hi, I received an email an hour ago, saying that the email address associated with My Best Buy account was changed. I did not authorize this chanage, and now when i attempt to login to my Best Buy account, I am unable to do so. I am afraid that my account was hacked.
Customer Service is not open at this time, so I am trying to contact someone here.

Are you possibly sharing your My Best Buy account with a family member or friend? Although memberships are not transferable and are only valid for use by the person who joined the program, sometimes we see this kind of issue if another person shares your login information.
