Account Creation Issue

Hello, I wanted to buy a item recently. When I went to checkout it asked me for an account, so I entered the same email as this account and made a password and it said, "This email adress is already in use" so I did forgot password and it said there is no account affiliated with this email so I went to create one with the same email several times and all it gave me was a error. so I can't purchase a item now because of it. Pls help me soon.

Have you already checked for the obvious things, such as ad blockers, vpn tunnels or anything that fights malware on your phone or computer and disabled and tried it again?

Are you still having trouble logging into or creating a new account?  We do have the guest checkout option on, which doesn't require you to login to an account; however, it depends on if you're wanting to potentially receive points for the purchase, as that would require an account.  Have you tried any of the suggestions that hockeycanuckjc mentioned?  If not, I'd definitely give them a try, and if are still having trouble, then don't hesitate to send me a private message, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I'll see what I can do to help get you logged in.
