I have just concluded my 9th chat (including two calls) over a 6 week period trying to resolve getting a $10 rewards certficate for the Rustler game on Nintendo Switch. It had a pre-order bonus of $10 rewards that I am due and I've had 2 or 3 customer service representatives (CSR) tell me they've escalated the issue and I could expect a confirmation email within 48-72 hours. These emails never come, the $10 rewards never come.
Today, I was in a chat for a good 20 minutes, only to be told that ticket that was initiated came back ineligible for the pre-order bonus. Which is false. Because twice previously I had been told it would be coming.
I am beyond livid. Best Buy used to have truly THE BEST, most efficient CSR around and these days it's beyond abysmal.
FURTHERMORE, the "Missing Points" page under your Help section fails out and does not accept submissions. So probably hundreds of customers are just giving up on this nonsense. I will not.
I'm now seeking $20+ in rewards as this bowl of wrong has taken hours upon hours of my time and elevated my blood pressure to unhealthy levels as the world we'll living in these days contributes to it quite nicely.

The above has not yet been resolved and Mr. Andrew has refused to look into this further when I have documentation proving my initial claims. Also, he has ignored my statement that the Missing Points page does not function and therefore has suggested that I go that route...
