I hope that you had a good weekend. As promised, I wanted to check in with you today about the status of things. I haven't heard back yet from Citibank, but I just followed up with them to see if there are any updates, and I'm hoping to hear back within the next day or two. I'll keep you posted as I hear more on this.

I'm so glad to hear that arrived, sp2959! I hadn't heard back from Citibank, but it sounds like there may just have been a delay in getting that processed then, or they may have went off the end date of the offer itself. Either way, I'm glad to see the certificate got added for you!
