$75.00 Reward Promo

Hello, 

 

I was looking on the forum and found this thread. Ihave the exact same issue. 

I had received an email regarding a promotion to receive $75 reward certificate if I made 5 or more purchases outside of best buy using best buy visa card. Which I made SEVERAL. The email stated that the award would be posted to my account within 3-4 weeks of fifth purchase. It’s been more than 8 weeks, nothing yet. I contacted Citi Bank best buy, they said I should contact best buy rewards. I have contacted Best Buy Rewards but there was no solution. I could not get the rep to understand the issue.

 

I look forward to hearing back from someone regarding this soon.

I rec'd another email saying there was a response to my 2nd email. I cannot find that response. Was this an error message? If not can you please resend?

Yes, Brian. I had just asked if you could confirm the member ID for the My Best Buy account that the certificates would have needed to be issued to.

Can SOMEONE please just reply directly to my email? I received an email this morning asking if I woud accept the solution.

I cant see any solutions or responses past the first 2 messages!! 

Or tell me where to look because they are not in the thread that I see.

And yes, I am logged in. I logged out and back in just to make sure that wasnt the issue
