$650 order, 24 points?

Why?

Ordered a stove from y'all, $600 for the stove $30 to haul away the old, and...24 points?

Shouldn't it be AT LEAST 600 points?  (Paid entirely upfront via my personal non-BestBuy card.)

Re: $650 order, 24 points?

Greetings, galbsadi, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,

Each point counts when trying to earn that next certificate, so can I understand questioning why your recent purchase of a stove may not have resulted in more points.  My wife and I recently purchased a new stove and it's been amazing.  I just need actually try to cook more.  As far as points, your My Best Buy™ status would determine how many points you are eligible for based on the purchases pre-tax total.  Our core/standard members can earn .5 points for every $1 with Elite members earning 1 point for every $1.  For those members that reach Elite Plus status, 1.25 points for every $1 can be earned.

It can generally take up to 20 days for points from an eligible purchase to officially post to a member's rewards accounts.  Has the stove been delivered yet?  Points won't emerge as pending until after an order has been fulfilled, which means it will need to have been delivered first. I'd be happy to take a closer look at your rewards account to ensure it is up-to-date.  If that is something you would like for me to do, then please send me a private message with the details listed below by clicking on the blue button in my signature.
