I got a card member offer as if I spend $2500 between Nov 15 & Dec 31, 2021 outside of Best Buy, I would get $50 reward certificate. I kept note of my spendings and I spent little over $2500 between Nov 31 and Dec 31 outside of BestBuy, but still I did not receive the reward certificate.
Whille I was checking my statement, I spent 221.35 on my last day (Dec 31) on PG&E, but it is showing the amount post date as Jan 3. I am not sure if this is reason I did not get the reward certificate. If this is reason, then I initiated the payment on Dec 31, but the amount payment was posted on next business day (Jan 3).
If that's not the reason, and it will take sometime to issue the certificate, please let me know. I am bit surprised, as I created a spreadsheet to record all transactions to calculate the $2500 spending within that time period, and I spent it finally.

Hello, bharathigeetha,
Thanks for reaching out. I am always interested in receiving the maximum amount of rewards, and I understand why you would want to do the same. It sounds like you keep careful track of your spending, which is always helpful. Provided the required purchase value took place during the eligible time frame, it is possible this may still be in the process of posting.
With a bit more information, I’d be happy to investigate this for you. When convenient, please send a Private Message with your full name, email address, and telephone number. Any details about the purchases you made during the promotional period would also be appreciated.
To send a Private Message, simply select the darker blue icon, which is located across from my signature. Please know, I will be out of the office tomorrow. If you do not receive an immediate response, I will be available again on Wednesday.
Best,
