I received an email this morning that my promotional $50 certificate has been issued.
But, I'm unable to use that certificate as I don't see it in the Offers and Rewards section on the checkout page.

Receiving a promotional certificate for $50 would be exciting, but I'm sure you were left scratching your head when you couldn't see it available when logged into BestBuy.com. This could be for a number of reasons, but I suspect you have more than one My Best Buy membership and the wrong one is linked to your profile.
