However, when I click the shop now link, I am told
Hmmm, we didn't find anything for "movies-how-to-train-your-dragon-the-hidden-world"
I have however since ordered the item in question, and want to make sure I will be awarded the $5 for purchasing the movie.

Thank you for taking the time to reconnect with us on the forum.
I am a fan of all the How to Train your Dragons movies, including the newest one. I would definitely recommend it! If you are a fan too, then why not pick-up a copy and get a few bonus points. We do currently have a promotion offering select members the chance to earn 250 points when they purchase a copy of How to Train your Dragon: The Hidden World. The offer is valid from 5/21 - 6/1, and it can generally take up to 20 days for points to officially post.
With that having been said, it was confirmed last week that the link in the email we originally sent out to select members was broken, and a new email with a new link was sent out sometime later that afternoon. Did you receive a second email? Please double check any spam or junk folders you may have, and feel free to send me a private message, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, if for some reason you did not receive a second email with the bonus offer.

The "Activate" button in the second email would need to have been clicked prior to purchasing your copy in-order for the bonus points to be awarded. Let's take a closer look at your rewards account, shall we? I am going to send you a private message shortly, which you can read by clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page.
