I had a $5 reward certificate that I used to make an online purchase. After redeeming the reward and completing my purchase, Best Buy then cancelled the order for some reason and the $5 reward is no longer available. Is there a way to have the $5 reward reissued to my account or the order processed again? I'm not sure what happened or why the order was cancelled, thanks!

I'm glad to hear the point value for your $5 certificate (250 points) has reposted. It can generally take up to three days for a non-bonus certificates point value to repost to a member's rewards account following a return or cancellation. Let us know if you have any other questions.
