38 days and counting on waiting for Rewards Points

My order, via Pacific Sales, was completed 11/15 and now it is 38 days later.  The Christmas sales and discounts are disappearing.  Can it really be this hard to issue points?  This was a multi-part order awaiting delivery of an appliance.  I have an escalated ticket but no one will actually talk to me.  Ticket/case 301387537.   Round and round I go.  Can you help to escalate an escalated ticket so it actually gets worked on?

Issue was resolved.  The Director over this region of stores had a high level contact witin Customer Support who resolved the issue. Phew, my next goal was to contact Allison Peterson ....
