On my rewards history, it shows that $30 reward was issued in on 5/6/2020. If it's expired, I've never received any email notification.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your My Best Buy Visa offer. These are always exciting to participate in, but I can imagine the excitement would be dampened to find the reward expired.
These offers are typically fulfilled within 2-4 weeks of the offer either being fulfilled or concluding. With that said, they generally have shorter redemption periods, usually around a month or so, versus our typical 60 days under our My Best Buy Terms. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well.
