Thanks for reaching out about your two-step authentication. If unable to receive new codes, you should use one of your backup codes. Your backup codes are provided to you when you first set up two-step verification and should be kept in a safe place. By design, to protect our customers, accounts with two-step verification enabled cannot be accessed without the security code or backup codes. If unable to access your account with a code or a backup code, you may create a new BestBuy.com account. If necessary, we may be able to merge customer profiles and memberships after a new account is created.
