Please help. I have two $100 gift certificate and a $50 one that both expired on 11/24. I had no idea there was a deadline and as I was shopping for cyber monday tonight on 11/25 I realized that all three of them had expired. Is there any thing that support can do? Please, $250 would have a great impact on the upcoming holiday season for my family and I, is there any way that any portion of the gift can be reissued?

Thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Finding you’ve had a few My Best Buy reward certificates expire would be most frustrating, especially if the certificates were worth $250, and you found out just while trying to shop our Cyber Monday sales! I know if I let one slip by me, I feel like it’s quite the missed opportunity. I can imagine how dismayed you may be feeling that these expired.
Our My Best Buy Terms advise that certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once expired, we’re generally unable to reissue them. While we send out notification emails including expiration dates when a certificate is issued, emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked. Because of this, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well. For more details, you may view the article below.
I can imagine how much the expiration of these certificates may have impacted your shopping. I would be happy to review your membership with you, so I am sending you a private message. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner for my message.
