Good afternoon,
I am writing to find information on receiving the $25 for card member appreciation month. It seems as though it has been a very long time at this point. I received the offer via email on October 1, 2020 which I clicked the link in the email. I then made a purchase on October 2, 2020 in store in the amount of $317.99. As of now, I have not receive a promotional gift card. Could you please shed some light on why it still hasn't been received and what steps need to be taken to move forward.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums again. Getting a bonus gift card is always great, especially if you were planning to make a purchase during the holiday season. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out and I would be glad to help you look into this.
Generally, these gift cards will be sent out three to four weeks after making a qualifying purchase. Do you remember if this offer was for an e-gift card? If so, have you checked your Spam, Junk and Promotion folders to see if this email may have been filtered out of your inbox?
If you are still having trouble locating this, please let me know. I would be more than happy to continue digging into this.
