I have not received my 25% bonus certificate for a purchase made between 8/8/21-8/14/21. It said wait 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks would have been last saturday the 11th. How do I get this certificate?

Still need help. Some reason you turned my points I already had into two 25 rewards certificates. Now I have expiration dates on my point for certificates I'm not ready to use

You're very welcome, Larry47591! I have verified that the two $25 certificates are both bonus certificates. We did not deduct any points from your account to create the two certificates. Also, bonus certificates are almost always valid for less time than an everyday certificate, and both of these certificates are only valid for about 30 days. Thanks again for your time and patience!
