$25 Rewards not returned, please help!!

I purchased a Chromebook online, Order Number:{removed per forum guidelines} which came with a free download of Trend Micro. I never downloaded the software. I returned the Chromebook at a Best Buy store on Feb 4. On the day of return, I was given refund as the bundle is broken. I contacted customer care via phone who helped me with returning the software, however the $25 My Best Buy Rewards that I used for this purchase is never returned/refunded.


I contacted Customer care again and was given the case Case ID {removed per forum guidelines} on Feb 14 and was told I will get my $25 reward returned in 7 - 10 business days and till date I have not received anything. 


Please help with this matter and refund my $25 Rewards

Welcome back to the Best Buy forum! I totally hear where you’re coming from regarding the My Best Buy Certificate used on your returned order. I would want that back, too!


Typically, the information you were told about processing time should be correct when making any corrections to points. As you’ve indicated that you haven’t seen the points back despite it being almost a month, I’d love to review your account further to see what may be possible to help.
