20 days gone no resolution for my cases - opened two cases to get my reward points 90$.

Today customer support and their supervisor fdelberately disconnected my chat with out resolution. 

My new case Id: #{removed per forum guidelines},

       old case id: #{removed per forum guidelines}

I have waited patiently for all these days but i never received my points. 

I want to buy a product with the points please give me my points ASAP.
