Hi,

I purchased a Nintendo Switch recently with the 20% cash back for using a Best Buy credit card promotion and it was a pick up order made on February 19th. It was a one day promotion but for some reason in the rewards section it is only showing pending reward points for a purchase made on February 20th.

I would like some clarity on this to make sure I will get 20% cash back on it or I will have to return it.

Did you receive an email with a Flash Offer to receive 20% back in points? Did you activate the offer via the email?  Did you make a purchase using your My Best Buy credit card on 2/19?  Did you apply that purchase to standard financing?  If you can answer yes to each of those questions, then you should be golden.  We recently had a few Flash Offers that were presented to a selection of random members who have an active My Best Buy credit card, including 20% back in points on a single purchase.  I've included the terms for that particular offer below.

The points currently pending in your rewards account are likely the everyday 5% back you can receive for simply using your My Best Buy credit card with standard financing.  The remaining 15% back (maximum 5,000 points = $100 certificate) should be awarded within up to 6 weeks.  If those points haven't been awarded after a full 6 weeks, then send me a private message and I'll see what I can do to help.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button in my signature.  In the meantime, let me know if you have any other questions.
