I setup 2-step on my own rewards account as soon as the option was made available, as I like having that extra layer of protection. I enjoy not having to worry that someone may find a way to login to my account because I don't doubt my password is floating around the internet somewhere. Have you received any codes since first posting? I can recall recently having trouble receiving a code when logging into my own account, and I kept requesting a new code and after a while I started to receive code after code.
I just tested my own account and received a code within a couple seconds.
