Hi - on 2/7/23, I was in my local Best Buy purchasing several large appliances. The salesperson alerted me to the credit card bonuses: one, that I'd get 10% back on that first day of purchases, and two, that I'd get a $100 rewards credit as well (after spending $100, which I did).
He signed me up for the card on his system, and then he had me go into the Best Buy app on my phone and to activate the promotions, which we did. We used that card for the purchases that day in store, and I received the physical card several weeks later. The only emails I received until that point were a notice that the card was on the way, plus the receipts from my in-store purchases. Activating the promotion was done via the app, in store.
I received the 10% rewards bonuses already. But I have yet to see the $100 credit for opening and using the card.
I've spoken at length with customer services, and like many others on here, I keep getting told that "the back office" is working on it. It hasn't yielded anything yet, and I am owed a $100 rewards credit still.
Please help... Thank you.
