Regarding the $100 reward for spending $2000 outside BestBuy during the period of 9/15/18 - 10/20/18, I have a line item in my Rewards History on 10/24/18 but it shows zero points. By my calculations I spent over $2000 during that time period and I also doubt that it would give me the line item in Rewards History if I hadn't qualified, so wondering why this shows zero points alloacted?

Hi there 74stingray2,
Welcome and thank you for participating in one of our outside spending offers with the Best Buy Visa! This is a fantastic card, offering rewards for shopping with us, and elsewhere.
It sounds like your outside spending offer was fulfilled without any issues. These promotional certificates are normally fulfilled without any impact to your points. If you look at your available certificates, you should see it. These certificates are issued without any point credit (or subsequent deduction) as they are intended to be used as one-time coupons rather than normal certificates. You will also notice it probably also has a shorter redemption period than our normal certificates as well.
If you have any questions, please let me know!

Thanks, Tasha. That was it. I currently have $105 in total points so didn't even notice the $100 certificate had been issued in addition from this promo. Thanks for your help!
