10% off birthday coupon

Hello!

 

I am trying to use the 10% birthday coupon for a purchase on bestbuy.com but I keep receiving the error "The following promotional codes have been discontinued". I have received the16-digit promo code for 10% one item that was provided to me by Best Buy via email. The email indicates that the promo code is valid from Apr 29, 2018 thru May 31, 2018.

 

Please can you check into why the birthday promo code provided to me isn't working for my onilne purchase at bestbuy.com.

Thank you for reaching out to us today!

 

When using our 10% birthday coupon there is no longer the need to enter a code or anything of the sort. The coupon is automatically attached to your account and at time of checkout you would simply select it at the final step prior to processing the payment. All you need to do is ensure you are logged into the account that has the coupon and you should be good to go from there.

Hello David!

 

Unforfunately, I do not see the 10% off coupon code show up under my Best Buy account when I am trying to checkout an item. Hence, I am not able to apply the 10% birthday coupon code.

 

Please can you assist with the same asap. I want to make a purchase today but am unable to do so since I'd like to use the 10% off coupon code.

Hello priyoc,

 

Please ensure that the item (or items) being purchased are not in the exclusion list for the coupon as certain items are not eligible for discount using the 10% birthday coupon. If this is still not the issue, I can definitely dive into this further and see if there is an issue with the coupon or your account. So we're ahead of the game, should the above still not work, please free to send me a private message and include in your response your member ID, phone number, and email address.
