Hello,
I received an email telling me that I had a $10 bonus certificate that was good until 12/24/2020. However when I click the link, go through the entire process of selecting an item, adding it to the cart, going through checkout and adding payment information it tells me that I have no certificate available. What am I doing wrong? How do I go about securing and using this certificate?

With Christmas only two days away, a $10 bonus certificate could certainly help cross another name off your shopping list. Have you activated the bonus via the email you received? Before the bonus will be visible in your rewards account, it will first need to be activated. You would just need to click Apply next to the bonus on the final page during checkout to actually apply the certificate to the order total. If you aren't seeing the bonus during checkout, then it may not be active or perhaps you have more than one rewards account and a merge is needed. Please send me a private message with the details listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I'll take a closer look at your rewards account.
