10% cash back, order was cancelled

I was able to place an order using my bestbuy credit card but due unavailability of the product my order was cancelled. Will still i get a 10% cash back if i ordered again? how does 10% cashback works?

I hope that product will be available soon for you to purchase again. I'm happy to provide some insight into how our My Best Buy Credit Card perks work and provide any assistance you may still need.


With this credit card, you have the opportunity to earn 10% back in rewards on your first day of purchases when using standard credit within 14 days of opening your account. These rewards would show up in the form of points to your My Best Buy account within 20 days after making an eligible My Best Buy purchase (35 days for Magnolia). So, to address you question specifically, as long as funds weren't collected for that cancelled order, and it hasn't been more than 14 days since you were approved for the credit card, you should still be eligible for 10% back on a new order.
