Hi, I received a $10 bonus certificate valid from valid from 12/20 to 12/24 from BestBuy in my email. I clicked it. It seemed to be recognized, saying I could present it in person or use online. I then shopped online and, during Checkout, I logged in to BestBuy.com and the certificate was not listed in my rewards.
I went back to my email and clicked the certificate again and the message said: "We're Sorry. It looks like you're not eligible to use this reward."
I wasn't logged in to BestBuy.com at the time when I originally clicked the certificate in my email. I think that might be the problem. It didn't get saved into my account.

With the purchasing of gifts during the holidays, I'd say we're all looking to save a few dollars when we can, and a bonus certificate could certainly help do that. We've been sending a variety of different bonus offers to select members throughout November and December, and we did recently send a $10 bonus certificate with an expiration date of 12/24. I took a quick peek and it looks like you might have more than one active rewards accounts, which could be contributing to the trouble you're having activating the bonus certificate.
