$10 bonus certificate issue - We're Sorry Your reward details are not available right now

Hi,

 

I received a $10 bonus certificate valid from valid from 4/3/222 to 4/16/22 from BestBuy (BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com) in my email. When I clicked the banner "Click to activate" in the email, it takes me to BestBuy page says "We're Sorry Your reward details are not available right now. Please try again later". I tried to activate multiple times throughout the day and got the same error message. I hope someone can help me with this issue.
