I am having problem using the birthday coupon that I've received in the mail. No matter what problem I've tried, I have no way to apply any coupon or see the 10% discount.

With the shear excitement of your birthday, a bonus coupon could almost feel like the cherry on top. I actually received one of the birthday coupons a few days ago for the first time since enrolling in the program some 12 years ago. Just a matter of figuring out what I am going to buy. As far as your coupon, you should see the coupon displayed on the final page of checkout if your accounts (BestBuy.com and My Best Buy™) are properly linked and the item in your cart is eligible.
A common reason why members will encounter issues when trying to redeem the birthday coupon is that the item being purchased is excluded. Please make sure to double check the terms that were included with the coupon. Any item on sale will be excluded.
