Hello Best Buy,
I placed an online order yesterday and wanted to use my $10 rewards certificate in my account for the order. It looked good when placing the order, but the final confirmation and order status shows it wasn't applied! What gives? I tried reaching out to customer service today but couldn't reach anyone in a narow window as I was at work all day. Can someone help me get the certificate applied to my order? I can send the order information via PM.

To start, please send a private message with your full name, phone number, and email address, along with the order number (if you have it). You should be able to send this message by clicking the blue button near my signature.
