I was recently approved for a my best buy credit card and was given a 10% off coupon that could be used either in store or online. When making an online purchase, an error message occurred when entering the offer code and I was unable to redeem this couupon. I was wondering why this is occurring and if there is a way to still redeem this coupon on my purchase.
