Hi, I just made a purchase today on the item below. There was a checkbox to apply the birthday coupon and I checked it. But after I submitted the order, I do not see the coupon was applied. There is no price deduction and now I could not see the coupon anywhere in my account. How can I get the coupon to apply to this order?
