wrongly packaged and label flash drives

Can somebody please give an email address so i can contact Bestbuy regarding them replacing two flash drives which were sold as 256gb but when i went to use them they were only 30gb

Welcome to the forums. While we don’t currently have a customer service team available via email, I would be happy to help here on the forums. I can imagine the surprise of going to use the flash drive only to find out it has much less storage than you had anticipated. I’m sorry it wasn’t quite what you were looking for.   


Have you looked at exchanging the flash drives under our Returns & Exchanges Promise

Misselling

Can someone supply me with the e mail of Best Buys CEO

I have customer service issues which no body seems to want help with other than the usual passive buttering up and I wish Best Buys mistake to be sorted out

These forums are replied to by Best Buy Corporate so there is no CEO email address that can be provided on this medium. If you were to find such address, it would likely be redirected to corporate resolutions.

Can someone out there in forumland provide me with the email address of the CEO of Best Buy

 

I know there are people out there who will reply that this is not available and i should use the usual customer service routes, but if you have genuinely used their customer services you will know this is not an option as they appear to operate from a crib sheet which they cannot seem to vary from and then they just stop responding

 

I patiently await a reply from somebody  please
