unable to escalate to Upper Management

I bought a diswasher required morning install received a date 10 days later 7-1 window.  two days before the delivery I was notified my delivery window was 4-8 PM went to customer support and spent over 4 hours on the phone never got a resolution was put on hold many times and noone ever come back on so disconnected.  requested to speak with management or next level support was put on hold and hung up after 40 minutes on hold.  never once did BB follow up. canceled delivery via system anfrd called for next available moning delivery day.  they gave me  a different day with a 7-7 window. well the dishwasher showed up on the originally scheduled date on the day i canceled yet still showed to be deliverd on the following friday.  was unable to escalate via any of the groups I tried. Went to a store to find an escalation path was told there wasn't one.  They protect next level well
