total disappointment

I am totally frustrated with Best Buy Canada and have been trying to get some sort of support since November 2020.

We have 2 Gift cards given to us as a gift , two years ago.


We went on line for Black Friday deals to find Gift Cards were not working


Went to the store in Bellville with no assistance but to go home and call number on the back of the cards. They would hold our merchandise. ( never a call back from store on items held)


Called ( 2 hour wait) to reach a queue that was for all GC not specific to Best Buy


Went on Facebook to learn it was an American site and they could not help but a Canadian rep would contact us.


This never happened. Canada does not have a facebook page nor an email.


Really disappointed with the lack of Customer service and now we are out $ and products that we wished to purchase on Black Friday and Boxing Day.


Really lacking feeling on supporting this company now
