stupid policy

I ordered 1 Captain Marvel steelbook for myself and 1 for a friend. I get home open mine up and its dented, I tried to order a replacement and it will not let me. I had my Father order for me to pick up and they cancelled the order. I had a Friend from New York place an order for instore pickup and they cancelled that one as well. so now I am stuck paying 37.00 for a dented piece of junk. way to go Bestbuy. Guess being an Elite Plus member has no benefit at all

Thanks very much for reaching out to us here on the Best Buy Community forums about this, and thank you for being an Elite Plus My Best Buy member. I apologize that your Steelbook has a dent in it.  

As noted here, the best way to get a replacement is generally to go in to your local best Buy store for an exchange. If that’s not an option for you, I’d be happy to check your order out to see if I can assist at all.
