After probably about 2 hours of being on hold and other issues, I still cannot access my online account. Apparently, I had a user name that was my email. I didn't know that wasn't ok. I did not see any warning when I made entered it.
I began calling the number of the back of the card which was really about selling insurance. Finally, I searched online and found a number.
Because I took an extra second to verify my identify, I had to go through a long process. I was sent back to customer service. The line was unclear and when I said that to the rep, she hung up on me.
I don't know what to do.
