I am SO disapointed with BESTBUY! I DO realize we are in the middle of a pandemic! BUT this is ridiculous!
I tried calling the best buy near my daughters house. (Dublin, california)..Need to get the tvs set up.
Yesterday: called the geek squad and on hold for 45 minutes! no one EVER answered and I eventually hung up.
Emailed them afterwards. NO ONE RESPONDED
Today: called the store again. On hold for 30 minutes and then I hung up. No one ever even picked up
Called store again asking for customer service this time. After 30 min I hung up
Then called the 800 number for customer service. After being transfered twice, I was disconnected!
I can't believe i have purchased all my electronics from a company that cannot even answer the phone!
Makes me wonder If I should be shopping elsewhere.
My time is valuable too!!!

Question are these TV's supposed to be profesionally installed with service you paid for? Are you trying to mount on the wall or do you already have a stand to put it on etc?
